Earlier this year, Hot Topic surprised us with releasing their first designer fashion line inspired by the film Maleficent. Luckily, it wasn’t was their last. This week they released a new collection inspired by the upcoming film The Book of Life. In contrast with the last collection which primarily featured black, this one is filled with bright and colorful skirts, jewelery, and more.
During our SDCC finds recap we noticed that We Love Fine had some great fashion items. Turns out there was a good reason for that! They teamed up with the label Goldie to release a boutique line inspired by Star Wars. The line features dresses, tops, skirts, and more!
Earlier today, we featured licensed Star Trek merchandise in celebration of the 48th anniversary of the show. I’ve been impressed in the last few years by the make-up collections that have been coming out based around popular licenses. e.l.f has been especially prominent with their Disney villain collections that coincide with Halloween. The Marvelous movie summer just began with Captain America 2, and we’re all set to see next in the line up, The Amazing Spider-Man 2. I started spotting some great merch in stores, like this beauty, and decided that we were far overdue for a Spidey post.
Like with any recent movie release, we’re starting to see merchandise for the new Maleficent movie being released. While some of it is really fun, some of it misses the mark completely.
