SDCC has finally released their programming schedule, and with a little more than a week until the geek extravaganza of the year, we’ve put together a list of great fashion events that you just can’t miss.
WonderCon is finally here! Lindz and I are looking forward to the chic geek outfits we’re sure to find some of your wearing over the weekend, and of fashionable merchandise to be found in the dealer’s hall. What we’re most excited about though, are the geek fashion related panels occurring over the weekend, and we’re sure you are too! Check below the cut for our list of the geek fashion related panels to be found at this year’s WonderCon:
Last weekend we headed up to Seattle to attend our very first Geek Girl Con. Of course, we were on the look out for great geek chic finds on the floor, and found some great ones. Not only that, but we also got to be a part of a panel on geek fashion which had a great turn out.
One of my favorite parts of SDCC, other than the fashion show, is checking out new geek merchandise. Many of my favorite places to buy from are often online sources, so being able to see what everything looks like in person is always a treat. I hit the floor on Friday and Saturday on the look out for anything geek chic to wear or for the home.
There’s only one week left to enter the ground-breaking Her Universe Geek Couture Fashion Show Design Competition! This is definitely an event you will NOT want to miss being a part of, whether you take a stab at submitting your designs and/or eagerly sit in the audience to see the show at San Diego Comic Con in July.
Still unsure whether you can, or should, enter? Read on!

Featuring collections inspired by such beloved fandoms as Firefly and Game of Thrones, they are breaking new ground at Emerald City Comic Con this weekend. For the first time ever, a con exclusive is geek makeup…
