Black Milk’s Ammo releases may only contain a few pieces (like the highly desired Bad Kitty gear), but it’s just enough – they know just where to aim to get your attention! After launching their main Batman collection at the beginning of February, they teased at another release of more DC items to come, hence Heroes Ammo. While only containing a mere 4 DC licensed pieces, Black Milk proved why they continue to be a beloved and major guiding force in geek/pop culture clothing. One word: Watchmen.

Watchmen pieces are actually something I’ve had on my mind for quite sometime – Rorschach leggings, anyone?! But among the many many fandoms and franchises out there, I didn’t expect to see anyone make use of it. I think it’s easy for people to look at Black Milk’s geek collections and assume they’re just going for what is currently popular – Star Wars, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones. But when they take the time to include something like Watchmen, well, that’s because someone over there is a just a regular awesome fan.

Now, I honestly find that Heroes Ammo collection to be a total tease, mainly because I’m antsy for WAY more pieces with DC graphics on them than we’ve gotten so far. But hey, good things come to those who wait, right? And Black Milk has always made the wait worth it.

Heroes Ammo will be released next week on March 27th at 9 AM AEST.
