Stunning Style: Look #37

This week’s Look is another rare casual one for me, that could be dressed up in a variety of ways, but hey, you don’t always need a pair of heels or a jacket to look chic!

Featuring a pink Vader top from H&M, this look is comfortable, geeky, and stylish. The best possible combo!

  • Top
      • This pink Darth Vader top from H&M just goes to show you that you should always keep a keen geek eye out at any store you’re at – you never know which ones have licensed with companies like Star Wars or Marvel. This is a great top that can be worn casually, or layered to be dressed up. The pink adds a nice pop of color to any outfit, and the silver Darth Vader lettering makes it easy to accessorize with anything silver.

  • Leggings
      • I spied this black spandex fabric a while back at a fabric store and bought it instantly, knowing I wanted to make a pair of leggings out of it. The silver polka dots on it made it easy to pair with the silver in the Vader top. Silver wedge sneakers would pair well with these leggings as well. Leggings are incredibly easy to put together, and are a great project for even a beginner seamstress.

  • Boots
      • I would casual with this look, though still stylish, and wore my DKNY boots with this outfit. You might recall these boots from Look #6!

  • Accessories
      • It seemed appropriate to wear jewelry featuring Vader for this outfit, to compliment the top and continue the theme. The Darth Vader Helmet ring, shown in black, I actually made myself and offer for sale on my store in any color. Etsy is, of course, always a go-to source for Star Wars jewelry, and there are always great finds to be had on there!
